Post-Production: Filters
In the videos below I've uploaded one clip from my film where, in the first video, no filters have been applied (with the exception of an overlay at the start of the clip). The second video shows the added filters which I intend to use for the majority of the footage. These filters include: colour balance (HLS), RGB curves, tint, fast colour corrector, noise and lighting effects. For colour balance, I reduced the saturation and then in tint, I matched a dark brown tone with a very pale brown tone and further applied a slightly blue tint using the fast colour corrector.

Post-Production: Editing Day 5
In the screenshots below you can see how I've been working further on the filters used in my short film. Below the first, are screenshots that show how I went about applying the several effects/ filters used in one of my clips to the rest of the appropriate clips in my film.

Post-Production: Editing Day 4
Today I primarily worked on the main filter for my short film. I'm still working on establishing an effective filter but hopefully I shall be able to finalise my thoughts on this tomorrow. I used this video to help guide me through the process of using an appropriate filter.

Post-Production: Editing Day 3
Today I worked on adding more clips to my short film and finally managed to put all of them onto the timeline. I made progress working on using Logic Pro, a sound editing program which I began using for the first time. Below are a few screenshots showing what I worked on during the two hours I spent editing after school.
I spoke with one of my media teachers and asked her about whether the narrative works and she gave me some very helpful tips on where to move forward with the work. Filters will be a crucial part of what I do as I begin nearing the completion of editing my film. What I plan to make out of the film is to use the filters to show that the film is a recording made by Michael, describing the pains and atrocities of the apocalypse as well as recounting his own personal struggle to deal with the loss of his dear friend, whom he loved. Flash backs and cross cuts can be expected to be used throughout, dispersed between the shots of Michael talking, implemented in order to make the film interesting.

Post: Production: First Rush
This is an extract from the film I'm currently editing. The sound, edits and filters used in this film need to be added and adapted still as this is a very rough draft.
Post-Production: Editing Day 1 & 2
Since the first and second day of editing I've spent roughly 4 hours working on adding the clips to the timeline. I still have a few more shots to add before I come to accurately editing the footage by adding edits, sound and filters. I've been working on Adobe Premier Pro to edit my footage. In the image below you can see that I've been editing the volume for one of my tracks.
